Side Entry Mixer
Milk stored in large tanks needs to be gently turned over to prevent settling and to ensure even temperature spread. Process Pumps has designed a sanitary side entry mixer for such applications.
All wetted components of the mixer are manufactured from polished 316 Stainless Steel, Process Pumps also elected to manufacture the pedestal assembly from 316 Stainless Steel with a polished finish. A food grade external mechanical seal prevents leakage, with easy access via the pedestal for maintenance.
The entire mixer assembly attaches to a tank via a flange mount. Each mixer designed by Process Pumpsis unique to the application, ensuring the riight product for your application
