Magnatex Mag Drive Pump
For applications involving hazardous liquids and chemicals, Magnetic Drive pumps should always be considered.
In this application, a Magnatex magnetic drive centrifugal pump was supplies to the gas & fuel industry for pumping high temperature chemicals. Note the centreline mouting of the pump, which prevents the pump feet from cracking due to thermal expansion
The magnetic drive design not only prevents hazardous chemicals from leaking out of the pump, but it also minimises the risk to personnel who may be working in the area such pumps are installed.
